Samsung has lunched the little brother of Samsung Galaxy SII which is known as the Samsung Galaxy R. The Samsung Galaxy SII may be a power house of Smartphone but everyone can’t offer to run this Android powered phones. Samsung Galaxy R is the budget version alternative of Samsung Galaxy SII. As it is a cheap version it has only 4.2-inch Super Clear LCD display not a super AMOLED or AOLED or AMOLED plus. But the image is quite impressive then the other LCD screens. Rather than the their plastic of Galaxy SII, it uses a brushed metal back that makes it slightly thicker (9.6 (R) Vs 8.8mm) in return for more solid feel. Along with the processing power also been compromised only slightly mind. The Galaxy R feature a still impressive! GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual core processor. It has a 5-MP camera with LED flash capable of recording 720p HD video (rather than the SII’S 8MP with 1080p). In terms of feature, the Samsung I903 Galaxy R offers plenty of feature scene modes, face/smile detection effects, Geo-tagging and manual contact for ISO, metering mode and so on. A 1.3 MP front facing camera for video calling. The Samsung Galaxy R runs Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread with TouchWiz 4.0 customization virtually identical to the software on the Galaxy SII.
