Sony Ericsson XPERIA Neo has 3.7-inch LED backlit LCD (reality) capacitive touch screen (854×480pixel resolution) with BRAVIA Mobile Engine. Qualcomm Snapdragon single core 1GHz processors with Andreno 205 GPU, 512 MB RAM.  XPERIA Neo has large 8.1 mega-pixel camera Exmor R sensor (for fine picture quality in low light), single LED flash and will also record HD video (720p) as well as a front facing VGA camera for video chat. Like Xepria Arc, Xperia Play, Xepria Pro, the XPERIA Neo will run on Android 2.3(Gingerbread) with Time Scape is to be really nice. This interface is said to feel very fluid and there is no feeling about the judder or slowdown.
